it's 3am now and I'm trying to find the best option to fall asleep without my anxious and intrusive thoughts. i have dozens of problems with my family and the worst part is they never take my mental health issues seriously yet they demand understatement and mercy towards themselves. Everyday I wake up I feel like those two. Right in that tent there, just wishing for Ron to come back and hoping for things to go back to somewhat normal. Throughout the pandemic, that quarantine, I was alone and even now as I live in solitude, I am truly alone but I also understand that there are so many that have died before me that are depending on me and even more alive that depend on me, to keep on fighting. So that's what I'm gonna do. I don't have a Hermione, Ron, or Harry in my life to hold on to but no matter what happens, I can't give up because the generations that come after us depend on us to keep on fighting; fighting for a better tomorrow. Dumbledore didn't make that great sacrifice because he didn't have faith in Harry and the men who made that great sacrifice on D-Day didn't die because they didn't have faith in our future. We are the burning embers that keep our unwavering passion warm and act as the beacons of small light for those unborn souls venturing into the darkness.
