Only the latest Version14 (V14) can be set as a repeater (range extender). Previous versions support AP mode only

If your Router Settings is green that mean you router is old and cant support extender mode but you can use WDS which will be similar extender mode

There is no led light showing in the Internet icon of the secondary router. My secondary router is TP Link Archer C6 (5th generation) while my primary router is TP Link Archer AZ 73 (6th generation). Will the internet speed slow down if I connect the internet from the 5th generation router?

Might be a silly question, but I don't want to repeat wifi. I'd like to use this router as a bridge from my main wifi router to some wired devices. If the WR841N receives just wifi, will it supply that broadband to it's ethernet ports? I'm guessing yes, but is this correct?

Yeah it works. I connected the extender router with my pc with ethernet. My pc has working internet now via wired connection with the extender router. I turned off the ssid broadcasting of my extender. I have only one use for this extender.
