Funny we just bought this but the 2000A version and it's worked pretty good so far! Only difference is our bank is smaller but they did give us a better bulky case instead of a thin bag

Nice! Yeah the 2000A version I think is more than enough for most cars (I put links to the different versions in the video description) I do really prefer the hard case you got over the bag, hope they can include that on future shipments of the AX4500. Cheers Marky!

Hello! Please tell me AsperX Jump Starter was lying for a very long time, most likely it was discharged. Now on the screen, when I charge the number 10 and 1 periodically blinks. Can you tell me what the matter is and how I can fix this problem with AsperX Jump Starter?

Hi V! That is strange, I would recommend taking a look at the owners manual to see if it describes what that code is for. I would also recommend contacting Asperx for tech support if you are still unable to use your jump starter. Cheers!

Do I have to connect the black minus (negative) lead to the corresponding terminal on the battery or can I attach it to a metal part of the engine?

Hi M! I would recommend following the instructions that came with it for the jump start process as they are often updated and may have changed since I reviewed this, there are also instructions on the main part of the clamps that can help. Cheers!

Does the usb c still put out 30 watts while the regular usb is in use?

Hi Edgar! Ah glad you asked, I been doing more testing with it and it seems the USB ports are shared (this is something I normally seen in most jump starters), so when using both USB ports at the same time, the power output is shared. I do have more advanced equipment coming in that will allow me to test and measure the maximum output for each port for future reviews of jump starters and solar generators, stay tuned. Cheers!

@AlexAutoFun thanks. And yes I use those usb c cables from Amazon to measure the flow of electricity coming out of a device. The connection itself has a led display that shows voltage. They are rather inexpensive and seem to get the job done
