Asphalt Slip N Slide

I wrecked my bike at 75mph (ish) in the rain. Since my bike has been in the shop, I took an online class on video storytelling. This video was made with just my phone and my helmet cam, and if you know me, thats kind of a big deal. Also managed to get some post wreck footage at the scene.

OMG! I really liked this installment; loved the new bike tour and info. I wonder if your bike, once repaired/replaced, will work or respond as it did before. The more indepth scan of the damages to be taken care of, the more doubts I have. Please don't misunderstand, I do not believe the Harley shop, you have your bike at, would in anyway do less than the best work possible on the bike. But man, there is so much to fix! And, when you ended this video with a clip of the accident, I'm very sorry your bike is so messed up, but VERY glad you were wearing the protective gear and you are ok. Please do an "after" video, once you get the bike back. janie

well, after all the upgrades and new paint job it's gonna be like a new bike, lol. the only thing they aren't swapping is the drivetrain and wheels, lol

Really glad your gear held up and it wasn’t worse. And as long as you’re gonna have to wait to ride her again, it sounds like you may dodge a bullet with that other option. Rest up and get back out there!

I was really surprised how well the gear held up. my pants stuck out the bottom of the suit a little bit and that little bit of denim showing was shredded. i never wear gear like that unless it's raining...now i'm gonna have to figure something out

it's already on the report and it's not "fixed" yet, lol. Yeah, they already swapped the frame(s) and i upgraded bars, floor boards, lights, etc...since they had to paint it i'm gonna get a different color.

Man man that road looked like was covered in oil . What Harley do is get new parts and bolt it on . Where you get those diving/fog lights ?

Hopefully you can get it back before riding season. I started to Make a comment about moonshiners on a build as some people have had issues with their builds. hellson2 wheels has had a issues for over a year on his bike.

dude, i'm dying cause we ride year round 😭... Yeah, i've seen some of the drama Hells has had, and it definitely sucks, but i think there are two things that should be considered before writing off Moonshine... The volume of bikes those guys turn out is nuts, I am really curious what their ratio of bad builds are in relation to the good builds. and 2, no way in hell (no pun intended) would i be having something built like Hellatious. Moonshine does a stage 2 on a 114 that puts out the same HP & TQ as my 131...thats NUTS!!!
