Neither, they gunna tell you it’s on back order and no longer available. That’s why I Ride an Indian way much better customer service than any Harley Davidson dealer can ever be.

I know a guy that has had 4 Indians back to back to back to back and i'm pretty sure he'd disagree with the customer service comment, however, the bar is pretty low with most dealerships 🤣
