Aspirin may prevent or delay the onset of preeclampsia

To prevent all variations of preeclampsia including HELLP syndrome, according to the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) guidelines[iv], women with one or more high-risk factors should take low-dose aspirin. Women with several moderate-risk factors may also benefit from low-dose aspirin.

I had 2x preeclampsia and with the first Hellp sy . under the second pregnancy I had to take aspirin and still I had preeclampsia just came 4 week later than with my first pregnancy and without the HELLP , so related to my experiences , it’s really helps

Please tell the final because i was survived two 3 times and i lost my babies by preclampsia with hellp and now am afraid for the future.
