If the rice is bit too wet just leave the lid off so that the excess moisture can evaporate!! If you keep the lid on it’ll make it more soggy, which is most ideal for when your rice is too dry

Do the tape trick when hanging things! Put a piece of painters tape on the back of the item you’re hanging, then use a sharpie to mark where the hang hooks are, then put the tape on the wall where you want it to be. Then just nail through the sharpie spots, remove the tape and the nails will be perfectly where you need them to be! Life changing

For your rice to be less mushy leave it without the lid till it’s almost dry and just a little moist then out the lid on and lower the heat for the rest

Parker, just a hanging tip. Put painters tape on the back of the mirror or frame and mark the holes on the tape. Put the tape on the wall where you want it, make sure the tape is level and then drill into the marks you made on the tape. Once your screws are in you can take the tape off the wall and it will be hung perfectly. Just a tip, i always get frustrated trying to measure and do the math, haha.

You should to cook the rice in the boiling stock for 8-10 min until it feels almost done then drain it, put it back in the pot sauté the onion and spices and place a paper napkin then lid, keep it on low for 30 min and that will make your rice amazing!
