Love from Assam. The man made lines are tea gardens and she was in a wedding ceremony. The fishing area was a river... We don't have sea in our place. Assam is utterly amazing and lush and home for one horned rhinoceros. Once again thank you for reacting.

4:12 Thats a marriage ceremony of the Tai ahoms of assam. The ceremony is called CHOKLONG. And the sword is called HENGDANG. Where the bride give it to the groom and the groom has to swear that he will protect his motherland and his family with the sword.

I was born and brought up in Assam, I left that place 12 yrs ago, but it stays with me every time. The tea gardens are awesome. The dance was the traditional BIHU dance of assam. The clothing she was wearing was MEKHLA CHADAR. The egg breaking was a traditional game played there where each one will have a egg in hand and they strike with each other. One whose egg breaks is the loser and the winner will take the broken egg of the loser. One can win as many as until his egg breaks. The ceremony at the end was BIHU, the traditional festival of assam celebrated at the time of harvesting crops. The nighflies are awesome there, you can find them everywhere in the nights. Assam is the biggest state of the 7 sister states of north east India. I love your videos and recently watched your videos. Thanks for the video.

That ceremony ..was a wedding ceremony...and that sword has a name..Heng-dang..which is given to the groom from bride's family as a part of the ceremony so that he can protect the daughter of the family..the bride

The river Brahmaputra is the lifeline of Assam . This river originates from Tibet and while coming down to the plains of Assam it forms lot of river islands . Infact the island Majuli Is the world's biggest river island. There is no sea there. For Trinity : not only famous for elephants , this place is the last refuge of Indian one horned rhinoceros ( kaziranga & Manas sanctuary ) . These Animals are living amongst us atleast since 6000 years ago. Truly now they are struggling to survive bcz of man animal conflicts , poaching , deforestation and destruction of their habitat. Check out the Google images of one horned rhinoceros they are like Tanks entirely different from African Giants . 🙏❤️🦏
