Thanks so much for this! Helped me tons. To anyone having trouble with New Bone, here's what I did. I stopped my boat right before the yellow circle of the Man o' War's visibility and swam to New Bone. Had no trouble and I was able to Fast Travel out when I had gotten the stone.

I think The Isla Providencia area requires you to be at a specific sequence for you to arrive at it cause I'm at the beginning of Sequence 6 and I sailed there but It's blocked.
