Aita was able reincarnate multiple times because Juno modified and improved the Seventh Solution. We should know that Juno is one of the top best Isu scientists in Earth. The Staff of Hermes cannot heal you if you lose a large chunk of your body in an explosion (losing limbs).

Maybe, the seven solutions "resurrects" cause the Isu memories and "self" to be alter with every new host which making them more paranoid and unhinged. However, the Aita version might resurrect him more often. There was two Aita's sage at the same time: John Standis (1975 - 2013) and Elijah "Desmond Miles son" (birth 2005) and most of them was paranoid from the past life memories.
