Young Basim seems arrogant, but Loki in Ac Valhalla was a little arrogant, yet more cold, more calculating So we may see Basim go from arrogant and reckless to colder and calculating, which does remind me of Ezio, who was pretty arrogant when he was younger, but as he became more skilled as an assassin, he became less like himself before.

The Djinn itself is not real or important, the point of that last part of the trailer is that this will be how Basim perceives Loki taking over him. Similar to Eivor, Basim will have "visions", actually Loki's memories, like how Eivor saw Odin's memories, but because Basim can't comprehend the Isu, Basim will see them and anything associated with them as the mythological beings they would eventually be remembered by human society in the AC universe.

the assassin term actually came from arab or persian i guess..it was called hassasin...forgot the name of the guy who formed the first assassin groups in history in present iran...great to see the game went back to its root once again
