If you find and equip Poseidon’s Trident you can breathe underwater indefinitely, helps getting this Trophy. It’s on a small island north of Samos, the island has a statue of Poseidon on it and the Trident is in a chest next to a Kill Alpha Animal location.

Just a little help, use poseidons trident. You can have infinity breath with it. Its so much easyer. And also these locations contains some pretty cool ship costumazations. I recommend to get them.

Thank you this helped so much, Poseidon’s trident is very useful for this as well as you can breath underwater forever it’s on a small island just below Samos on the right hand side of the map Also using the multi shot hunter ability helps clear the sharks effectively as you can’t miss with it saving you from having to go underwater to fight them

The Child of Poseidon achievement just popped about 1 minute ago. I knew I had to be really close but couldn't find anymore of those icons on the map. So, I decided to 'cheat' and check to see if you had a walk through of the locations. And of course you do. :) So, by checking one red dot at a time I eliminated every location except for two (2). Which turned out to be the last two I needed. :) And they were in a location I never would've gone to since I had no reason to. It was along the northwest coast of Malis. One was in what looked like a lake but was connected to the sea by an inlet and the other was maybe 50 yards offshore in a shipwreck. No icons were on the map. So there was no indication there was underwater treasure there.I'd have been searching for eternity...or a couple hours. Whichever came first. So thanks! :)

To make this easier, I'd recommend getting Poseidon's Trident (island between Chios and Samos) and equipping it. It allows you to breathe underwater, and it makes exploring the underwater locations much less stressful.

Thanks for making this video I wouldn't have the achievement if It wasn't for your timestamps. I was going through all of your timestamps to check which one I was missing out of them. I already had all 41 locations unlocked but I was missing the last one. I noticed I had all of them except for 37. Dorion Underwater Cave (37:24) which for some strange reason wasn't showing up on my Map at all. I had to go there and discover it and even after I completed it the location still didn't show on my map. So for anyone else that's watching this video if you've looked over all of your map and you still don't have the achievement then you're probably missing this one. I don't know maybe it was just my game not showing it but just in case anyone else notices the location missing in their game you know why you don't have the achievement/trophy yet.

Looks like I found more already than I thought, because I was going to chip away at the missing, and started at the Sunken Temple of Demeter and the trophy popped! LOL. There was a chest I came across before near another area that said it needed a key & I had already done those quests. Speaking of Obelia, when she was belligerent rude at the quest end with Kassandra, I killed her & jumped overboard when her crew retaliated. Then I called the Adrestia and sunk her ship!

Great guide and very useful as found a few I was missing, however worth noting you need to complete Xenia's mission from Pirates island (She Who Controls The Seas) as this unlocks another underwater location which isn't on your guide and was the one that unlocked the achievement for me.

Maybe they added it since the last patch which is the reason why people are not getting the trophy / achievement unlocked. Because these were all of them that was needed to unlock the trophy for me when the game came out

I got the trophy without the Quest WE'ER NOT THIEVES and the Quest WE'ER TREASURE HUNTERS. if you go to Submerged Minoan Palace it`s one chest for that location and one chest that is locked for wich you need to dose missions to get it...but its not necessary for the trophy.
