@@mobinxd to get that after you fight Deimos (be it Alexios or Kassandra) leave them for dead under the burning tree. I don't know if you're interrogated but if you are bring up the stepdad. These are the 2 major points that matter. Then try to reach them in this scene, they'll kill Myrrine. Obviously kill Nikolas so Stentor can try to kill you and you kill him. Worst ending achieved. Best ending, try to save them from the burning tree and mention that you were thrown from the same cliff. Hinting that Myrrine tried to save them may help but I never tried it. Do the same thing here. Spare Nikolas and tell him to go back to Stentor later in the game so he stops the fighting and you reconcile. Best ending achieved.

I agree, and the masculine golden armour also suits him better. I think Ubisoft should've given the armour a feminine design for Kassandra Deimos, because she just looks ODD in the masculine version they went with.

Cole Jordan That would be my whole problem with the two characters in my opinion they’re interchangeable like whenever I do a certain mission this character reacts to Cassandra which is the character I chose as having too much muscle or looking too masculine to pick up a basket when you would say to a man or when I went further into the story playing is Cassandra this bounty Hunter character was like you look just like your mother while When you play as Alexios he says the same thing when he looks nothing like the mother it was very unrealistic on Ubisoft part I think it’s because they’re trying to cater to those gender identity gender fluid people which you can’t put that in a video game it just kinda ruins the whole vibe but that’s just my opinion like you never got something like that in Mass Effect because whether you choose a male or female they act kind of differently as to what their gender they are. With that being said overall I still like the game it’s great that’s just my biggest problem with it

@Lumity Doppio I think my friend summed it up best. Both are good as Deimos, but in different ways. Alexios is more commanding and brutal. When he yells it sends shivers down your spine and he clearly relies on strength. Kassandra is more viper like. When she yells it doesn't have as much of an impact, but when she speaks more softly or whispers then it can honestly be a bit more chilling. Almost like she's plotting her every step and is a few steps ahead of you. I know their dialogue and actions are the same, but how they present themselves is very different. And it works in my opinion.

I got this ending on my first play through, I did cry when I convinced Deimos and he decided to come back to the family. This was definitely in my top 3 Assassins creed stories, such an incredible happy ending.

Try to save Deimos from the flames after a tree falls on them. You'll be imprisoned in Athens but have a brief talk with them. Talk about yourself when they bring up the cliff, how you were thrown off too and they'll say you both suffered the same fates and sympathize. NEVER bring up stepdad deliberately or your chances are shot. I say "they" because of the choice of who you play in the beginning. My furthest playthrough was Alexios.

I love how this moment ends. After all of the pain, the fighting, the killing, and the struggling, Kassandra, Alexios, and Myrrine can finally come home together as a family. And I love the moment when Alexios falls to his knees and a mother is able to comfort her hurt child, and a brother can look to his big sister as his protector and friend, and a big sister can look at her little brother with admiration and love. I know I used to say that Odyssey wasn't a good game, simply because of how big it was and it's focus was disjointed a bit, but it really isn't a bad game when you can see this level of character and storytelling, and your actions do very much have consequences. I haven't gotten the chance to see what my fate in this game would be, but I very much want to see.

It's mainly because people don't like being tossed off a cliff by their stepdad, I certainly wouldn't like that. You usually get revenge for it and it doesn't sit too well for his adopted son either. I got the ending where it was just me, Alexios and Myrrine. Myrrine gave me a look, Kassandra said "What?" and Alexios was straight about it "You eat like a stuffed pig." Kassandra shrugged and continued eating.

Broken Bridge dude this ending was so satisfying after. Everything you go through in this game. I felt like I was constantly making tough decisions for the family instead of making emotional decisions in the moment. The story is so good and there is still much more to do once you’ve finished the main family storyline. It was such a crazy ride, truly earned the title of odyssey

I just finished this arc, and I could't save Alexios, and Myrrine by extension. Damn shame, and all because of one botched conversation. Everything else had gone fine, and then I couldn't load a save prior to that conversation because it was just too far back. Still, even though I've a bitter taste in my mouth, I applaud Ubisoft for finally making me care about the characters in their games. Not since the ending in Revelations was I truly moved. I might have enjoyed some of the characters like Haytham, Jacob and Evie, Bayek and many of the supporting characters, but I ultimately wasn't concerned about their fates because it all ended in the same way. Assassin's Creed as a fully-fledged RPG is one of the best choices Ubisoft has made in the past half-decade. I'll be sure to replay this game to get the better ending, and, if they continue with and improve upon the RPG element in their games, I look forward to the next installment.

Fortunately I only played some of the side-quests and have yet to experience all the glory of it, as I did kinda rush through the main story arcs to know the story. Now that I know the story I can take it more slowly and hundred-percent it, just in time for the DLC to hit hahah. I've only ever done 100% with Black Flag before.

There's this entire thing there. Quiver, some sort of holder for the spear, and the bow goes there too. It's attached to the strap over her shoulder that also holds the sword at her hip. But I think that is modded off here to show her naked back maybe. So that's why. It goes onto a piece of gear that's modded to be invisible.

For everyone who is confused as to why they're getting the bad ending: your outcome is determined by multiple choices throughout the game. SPOILER ALERT FOR THE OPTIONS BELOW: - Don't kill Nikolaos (Chapter 2) - Promise Myrrine you'll save Deimos (Chapter 6) - Convince Nikolaos to intervene (Chapter 7) - Don't kill Stentor (Chapter 7) - Convince Deimos he/she's being used by the Cult (Chapter 8) - Don't agree to duel Deimos at the end (Chapter 9) In general: don't be a dick. And you should get the happy ending. Good luck, and have fun! ;)

Throughout the game no army really "hires" you any way. You kind of offer your help so it's not massively unrealistic

Alexios being destined to bring order and the subtle hints about the Cult in this video makes me believe that the Cult is an early version of the Templars. The prophecy was that Alexios would destroy Sparta, and chances are that he was also fortold to one day come into possession of an Isu artifact. A sort of 'granted immense power by the gods' kind of deal. The Cult is kinda giving me Templar vibes.

Do you get any other content with your surviving family once you get the happy ending, or will it be the same as when you get the bad ending? I got the bad ending because of the prison scenes, they should have options to go back in the story kind of like having checkpoints, cause im definitely not starting over after 50 hours

Curious about this too. But it all ended so abruptly. Quest is gone on the questscreen to the right and no new quests to speak of. Maybe they wander the world, maybe not. I read in another comment that you can use them as liutenants on the ship.

I just loved it when Kassandra met her mom again but in this scene to me the highlight isn't Myrinne and Alexios it's Kassandra and Alexios. Think about it. It was she who ran to save him as a baby. It was she who searched after him since she was able to return from Kephalonia. It was her all along. The Cult took him from his mother and it was his sister who found him again. After he grabs the spear (and I guess sees the memories), the first eyes he looks into are hers. And then she takes his hands and pulls him up from the ground. That's so powerful. It's Kassandra who lifts up Alexios, it's his big sister who is always there for him. And that's fucking powerful, as they stand up together, hand in hand. Alexios: "I..." Kassandra: "I know." Damn.

So in summary, if you want to see the best story, start from AC2 to Revelations. If you want just the plain gameplay, an RPG adventure or maybe even a Just Cause player, Origins and Odyssey is the ones to go with.
