Depends on your system and the afformentioned patches. Fully patched, Unity has the most beautiful ingame graphics on a video game ever. Obviously Far Cry 4 & Primal are a close second. Then probably Dying Light. Well, even Bethesda aren't fairing too badly with the godrays & ambient occlusion on Fallout 4 & Skyrim: SE. ENBs aren't sufficiently better to constitute actually using one.

They're both different because it's reliving the ancestor's memories not the actual history. I love the detail they go into on how each of them sees things. Ezio could've have seen the huge shrimp underground not because it was real but maybe because the ancient place had very little oxygen or something like that so he could have hallucinate it. It's all so oddly different but still the same

OG BruceWayne If anyone could bring Shay down it would be Connor, he's got right kind of experience and destroyed one of the strongest Templar branches we've ever seen since the AC1 and AC2/Brotherhood days. He undid everything Shay did and brought down Haytham too who imo while he didn't kill as many major Assassins as Shay is the better fighter since Edward trained him from an early age in the ways of an Assassin and Reginald Birch then completed the rest of his combat training while instilling Templar ideals in him and if Syndicate is anything to go by Birch was the most powerful Templar Grandmaster in London's history before Haytham dealt with him. So yeah I think Connor vs Shay would be a really good match up. Arno doesn't have much to his name aside from killing a Sage that was arguably a lot less dangerous compared to Black Bart who didn't need a magical sword to mess up Edward and he killed Bellec who was just an ordinary master Assassin that was off his rocker and had a hard on for Arno's dad. Overall Bellec didn't have anything on any of the main protagonists we've had or even the side character Assassins that we've had in other games so Arno defeating him wasn't really a spectacular display.

Well Connor is my second fav assassin (Ezio no.1 and Shay 3rd) but he killed Haytham with cheating, it wasn't a "fair" kill in my opinion cause he got Haytham off guard. Haytham bested Connor but overall Connor is a beast, him and Shay would be an epic fight no doubt. But i guess we won't ever know, now looking at Ac Origins it seems the assassins is weak as fck, the combat sucks, the animation is awful. I don't know why Ubisoft did this to us

The Animus records a person's memories. Arno likely did not see Shay ( Probably because he was conversing with Elise) so there would be no reason for Shay to appear in his memories

@@animeguy2961 Rogue was meant to end American Saga which was released on X360/PS3 (ACIII, ACIV, ACLiberation). So there's no way Rogue would have ACU engine. Story is my peronal favourite from whole AC franchise (2 more sequences would be good to fill the open world) but it's not full of filler like other AC games (Odyssey). Overall AC Rogue is great and underrated game.

Also, all other game elements of the previous parts flow into Rogue and have been improved. Thus, it offers the best shipping. Great fights, more weapons and design options than the predecessor AC4 Black Flag and, for the first time, spontaneous and recurring assassin attacks on the character, because you play a Templar. Shay mentioned traveling to a lot of places, plus the two main factions are international. It's not hard to imagine that Shay's multilingual. Also note, Ezio once admitted in Brotherhood that he knew French because there were French babes in Florence one time.

Both have their pros and cons, but even though Rogue is the embodiment of a cashgrab sequel, it was praised over Unity (at launch) for being less broken and a continuation of the fan favorite Kenway saga. Coincidentally, Unity connected to Rogue and Black Flag in two ways: The final mission of AC Rogue and the novelization of AC Unity which detailed the story from Elise's perspective. She visited Edward Kenway's aging daughter in the middle of the book, but this was never touched on in the game. However, the Kenway mansion did make it to Syndicate as a mission. So if anything, Unity had better gameplay and level design, but Rogue had the better "lore" continuity.
