The story is great trying to make friends in a new world while trying to take out the Templar’s. The side quest you discover are unique and not repetitive like in past assassins creed games.

Like "flyting" it would not be pronounced the way you would read it in english, with fly, like "fly like a bird" it would be more similar to reading it like "fliting" or "fleeting" even though it's not quite similar either, but closer.
