@El-Harto No doubt but this is the SS (the irony isn't lost on me), not the State Police. I have no issue thinking it didn't play a part but the extent to which everything was ignored seems far too suspicious especially with how obvious everything was.

Hanlon's Razor is a conditional statement for a reason. Incompetence does seem to have played a substantial role in how the whole thing played out, but there's still a lot of stuff about this scenario which stupidity, even at extreme levels, simply fails to adequately explain.

You can be a libertarian and reject the state, but when a politician comes forward to upend all of it and dodges a bullet by the grace of God, you should take notice
