Palladins are not that hard, I have assasination and the only thing you need to do is burst palladine into a bubble, then use vanish and wait until you can kill it. Of course, you need to stun a lot when bursting and use evasion. One Vanish can be used during the initial burst if required. It's best to leave the disarm after the bubble. That's it, palladine won't be a big problem.

Hey mate, attack power is just better stat for Assasination. It scales very well with Envenom and agility doesnt give u same amount of AP as pure AP gams do. The thing is u have 2x Cold Blood that give u 100% guaranteed crit on Envenoms. With that ur main goal is to have as much as Attack power as u can so u dont care about crit chance and armor(especially). Unlike sub rogues who depend on their critical strike to hit all Ambushes,Backstabs anD Evicerates as crit

Soft cap is around 5% aka 164 hit. Still you have chance to miss some classes like Paladins, Nightelfs etc.. because of their talents and passive abilities. Yes those items i show for every slot are BiS

Human is best race in game because of racial which allows you to use 2 dps trinkets instead of Medalion. Everyone knows that potential 180arp and 1400 attack power is better than 150 resilience from Medalion. Nightelf racial is still good against all caster classes

Well, I must say something about paladins - since I main ret/preg and can say Paldins op rogues… buuuuut since I also play Sub/combat and assasin rogues - best way to win paladin is - bleeds. Even my pred was nuked by assasin rogue and I was like “wtf did just happen”, then I had a talk with one of mu friends - and we agreed that bleeds is just a way to approach. And idk what of think of it😅

Alot of weird tactics you are using man, you blast your cd´s and make it way to complicated. trust me when i say that lol. For example vs sp: just trinket fear, safe cloak+sprint for after horror ends. if he dispers early just vanish it and reset. and never blast ur cloak for nothing. any sp with brain will never fall for your little "cloak to prevent horror" move xp. they will just wait cloak and horror u after & you are done pretty much. also you are using the wrong dmg rotation. usually the dmg rotation is: cs->mut->ks->mut->(mut)->cb->env. then you vanish garrote and spam 4-5 cp env´s. for hard pressure keep the env spam up, pool energy to ~80%, then prep vanish and start with the rotation again with ur 2nd cb ;)

Yes ofcourse you can. Tbh i was surprised when i saw 1.4 dagger in this guide. 1.8 oh is pretty iconic for mutilate spec and it also buffs dmg from shiv and autoattacks.

The idea having a 1.3 or 1.4 speed dagger in OH is to get more doses of poison applied which is more dmg output than having a 1.8 speed in the OH and going for bigger mutilates. I'd go for something in between like a 1.6 so it's right in the middle, still high dmg, but fast to apply poisons also

I take from this guide some usefull advises, others not that much cuz they are too duel-oriented. Any advise of a more experienced player is more than welcome :). you will get obliterated with 900 resi in 2v2 arena and bg's also don't you think DBW + STS is better for more arp for Mutilate since you already have 40-50% crit I think that's enough and I believe getting more arp will be more beneficial because the main reason you want to play assassination is to destroy platers because casters will most likely destroy you since you don't have shadowstep so why not go all in against platers ? assassination spec barely does any physical damage, your main damage source especially when fighting plate teams are your poisons, envenom, rupture and garrote so theres no reason to prioritize arp as assassination

It is possible to play assassination rogue, but as i mentioned in the video it is very limited in some aspects. Sub rogue is just better option with faster burst, gouge,blimd,shadoestep..(assass rogue wont be able to use blind and gouge when needed because of DoT poison)...

I've made a test on Shaman because of his biggest nature resistance totem in whole game. I had 0 Spell Pen and i did 50 envenoms on him. None of them was resisted and reduced dmg. So, as far as i know Envenom bypass the resist system, still Deadly poison dmg is reduced by resistance and i think its not worth to go for spell pen. You can go for example just on Cloak +35SP to lower that dmg reduction from Nature resistance but everything more than that would be waste i guess.

For max damage burst don't use cold blood on envenom. Do this instead: Trick your partner. Vanish cheap shot/Full kidney kill target. Cold blood muti. 4-5cp envenom Prep Cold blood muti 4cp envenom Regular mutilate 3-5cp envenom That's 2 mutilate crits. One regular mutilate. 3 regular envenoms. This can be done in one kidney. You easily have enough energy for this if you come out of stealth (30% more energy regen) and have full PvP set bonus + vigor + vigor glyph

You need more ARP since you will invest 2 CBs in Mutilate which are physical dmg. With normal build you will hit Warr for 2.5k dmg crit with muti xd. But honestly i would try with some higher arp it seems like that opener would be promising. Also about blind, so you will need to open without Deadly poison equipped since you wont be able to Blind the enemy.. and every better player wont really trinket kidney in that case

​@@NibbaiWotlk What are you talking about dude? Blinding on deadly poisons? What? No you don't blind your kill target... The moment you Sap + Blind a healer he will trinket. If he doesn't trinket you can kill his DPS because healer will be in a 30 second CC chain because the blind will be followed up by a fear/cyclone depending on who your arena partner is. So he will 100% trinket. He has to. Then the only thing you have to do after that trinket is kill the healer in a full kidney shot. If the enemy healer is a Holy paladin, he will bubble your kidney, you just wait 20 seconds for DR's and kill him on the second kidney. Vs good teams the enemy DPS will peel for his healer when you get that healer in a kidney without his trinket. You can do two things against that: 1) you need to cross-CC the dps so he won't peel for his healer. 2) Or, you hold your cd's on the first kidney to make them use their disarm/other defensives. And no you don't take armor pen. You should play Resilience + Attack power. Definitely since you'll most likely be playing as double dps with a shadow priest and your win condition is killing in a kidney shot window so you want some more survival.

And if you're only interested in duels you should tryhard open in a duel with wound poison + instant. Then you can cheap into kidney into blind. If they trinket, you can vanish and reset, switch to deadly poison in stealth. Next DR's is a free kill with cheap shot into kidney shot into vanish garrote with double cold blood in that kidney. If they don't trinket, you get a free sap reset. They will be at 50% hp at this point and will have to trinked the next kidney for sure or they're dead. But at this point they're so far behind they cant win anymore

Mate wotlk has change a ton from retail wotlk. Tactics has changed, players a re a lot better, so try getting rank 1 on muti rogue on Warmane and tell me how it goes. Still in 3s is different story from 2s because you may have much more free room to set up a kill as muti in 3s

Warmane has like no good pvp rogues, all of them are stuck in TBC mindset, they unironically think sub is BIS for pvp, it's only bis if your buying BIS weps on warmane lol, won't be the case in WOTLK by blizzard. lot of delusional pvpers on warmane that are paypigs and have BIS gear, soo many pvp builds/classes are not nearly that good when they have to progress gear normally on a retail wotlk server. i think mutilate has the edge over sub in early wotlk. If you need hard cc and quick burst Shadowdance is better, but if your dance is on cd your dmg output will be lowered, while mutilate you have sustained dmg pressure on the target also you can switch targets easier in midfights, where your shadowdance would be on cd (1 min) for example as muti you can switch target with one vanish and reopen you dont need dance. If you play dance you probably dance early to create pressure, if you want to swap target you gotta wait 1 min with muti you can fast swap targets easier, For exemplae if you play with priest and enemy healer is trinketing your kidney priest can fear him, you wait for poison dot > Sap > Blind.
