About a rotation, let’s say you spent all your cooldowns in a fight, you want to keep garrote and rupture on your target ticking all the time, and spend combo points for envenom until you get kingsbane with cold blood :)

its pretty strong but your just a 2m andy waiting for deathmark mages will ice block,warlocks will shield and paladins will bubble and hunters will turtle and full heal ect...ect. healing is to bursty now.

Exactly, I use deathmark before garrote, So I can apply 2x duplicated garrote afterwards

I can't figure out how Kings bane is hitting for 510k after cold blood. That crit is wild. From how I am reading it, there are 2 deadly poisons so that should be 40% increased damage? Maybe I need to see the ability while scaled with stats.

This damage output is really insane, sadly that build is counting on correct rotation and a bit longer cds, but it still rocks!

King's bane increases its dmg by each application of poison, so if you keep hitting it keeps going up untill 1000%

Why did you cast Deathmark first ? but not cast Garrote and Rupture ,then cast Deathmark ?? I dont get it

Deathmark duplicates Garrote’s damage

Not only does this already add a lot of damage that can be affected by Shiv, but it also doubles the Energy Energy from Venomous Wounds, allowing for more Envenoms during this all-important damage window. Additionally, Kingsbane benefits enormously from the duplicated poisons. All of this combined gives a huge opportunity for Shiv to amplify a lot of damage, and we want to cover the entire duration of Deathmark and Kingsbane during this time. Given the 8 second duration debuff from each Shiv lines up perfectly with a 16 second Deathmark and your 14 seconds Kingsbane, we should be casting it quite close to these. Kingsbane already does a respectable chunk of damage on cast, so having Shiv applied right before and all the way through is a no-brainer." According to wowhead, I though : cast Garrote and Rupture first , and then cast Shiv , cast Deathmark , cast Kingsbane . This is just my personal opinion.

pre-patch is nothing close to how it will be in the war within, u need to play beta to know, stats are squish`d in TWW u will not have anything near the mastery% that u have in pre-patch, also assa has been like this true whole dragonflight nothing new :P.
