The next build by T7 PDM will be the definitive one for ACO. Everyone watch for it as it will be an order-of-magnitude better than anything he's made or we've seen anywhere. Until then, here are some notes based on experimentation yesterday after tiptoeing into Korfu to retrieve "The Champion" and nothing else: The Atlantean damage conversion engraving (e.g. Convert 50% Hunter damage to All Damage") is applied *after* the Bighorn Bow and *after* "The Champion" engraving. This matters mathematically. In the past, I'd drive my Assassin damage as high as possible because it starts as the highest of the three damages. So I picked armor and weapons that had assassin damage, then it converted to buff the Hunter and Warrior damage. Now comes the Champion engraving, which is apparently applied after the Bighorn Bow. The order of engraving application is apparently: 1. Bighorn Bow buffs Warrior to 1.6 times, then applies that to Hunter 2. Champion engraving multiplies all damage by somewhat over 100% and maybe as high as 200% (Hunter damage is now sky-high although stats page doesn't show it) 3. Atlantean damage conversion engraving adds 50% of Hunter damage to Assassin and Warrior Hunter damage shows on the Inventory menu as low but it's actually high. Then "Convert 50% Hunter Damage to All Damage" buffs the other two. I have experimented with all 3 Atlantean damage conversion engravings since the Champion engraving and the Hunter conversion gives the best buff and the best overall damage. Not expected but try that for yourself. All ideas came from T7 PDM, all credit goes to him.

This absolutely made my playthrough funner! Funny thing is, in most games that have *massive* damage glitches, especially *all damage* you would think that it'll break the game but in this case it doesn't! I was playing on normal (I know... I know I'm a 🐱) but I ended up switching to hard mode and using the greek hero set build from one of your videos with some more defense and damage buffs. Awesome stuff man!

Another glitch in Korfu DLC is when you collect orichalcum in that Island it doesnt get added to the inventory.

I got the engraving from Korfu island, stacked my armor and weapons with as many warrior damage perks as possible. Got my warrior damage to over +600%, but my warrior damage output is only 63,000 on weapon 1, and 78,000 on weapon 2. Any suggestions as to what may be wrong? What are your stats for this build?

@@unit324crazy5 guaranteed assassination seems pointless anyway because if you build for assassin damage cant you just one shot everything that's not a cyclops or story boss anyway with critical assassinations (I assume dagger of kronus applies to assassinations). Even with just the critical assassinations abilities and no assasin damage + on gear I still one shot or almost one shot everything so I'd imagine a gear set with all assassin damage defo would

This engraving is confirmed as OP. The 100% damage boost seems like the Falx (100% damage but 25% health) but it's better. Not only does it stack with the Falx engraving, it actually does about 200% all damage. It can be engraved on either a melee weapon or on the torso, which is better because then different weapon types can be swapped in and out. It also stacks with the Atlantean damage conversion (Convert 50% of Assassin damage to All Damage). Multipliers on top of multipliers. The problem now is that my melee damage is minus 35%, elemental damage minus 65% hence this is a beyond-glass build. However, the Atlantean-DLC engraving "Become Isu-enhanced for 15s if hit" saves your life and you can't be killed if a second hit arrives. Combine the engraving "Ares Madness reset 15% per kill" and it will reset the Isu-enhanced timer after two kills. So even in an intense melee battle, a hit received starts Isu-enhanced, which you follow with Ares Madness before it expires, then kill two, then are protected by Isu-enhanced immediately again. With all resistance futile, the Zeus melee resistance engravings can be abandoned. -35% is effectively the same as -75%. So the Spartan Javelin and Auxesia's Helmet are not so special. With this new engraving going on the torso, the precious slots on melee weapons are freed up for..... what? Armor penetration? Weapon becomes fire damage? 30% all damage at full health? 25% on elites and bosses? The risk is losing a bunch of your legacy engravings as you acquire equipment on Korfu. Ubi only allows 99 engravings in your list, no issue for new players but for veterans Korfu has become a no-go zone until Ubi fixes all the tickets filed this week to allow more than 99 engravings. So I brought back a pre-Korfu save with all my legacy engravings intact, then tiptoed into Korfu, just doing the absolute minimum to obtain this ostraka and its engraving. Then left Korfu for Greece and made a build with this unique engraving. I look forward to your build and hope to learn once again from the acknowledged master, who brings Zeus's favor to us.

@@lacrossehilda The only way I know is to go back to some save you made prior to the Korfu quest. That's what I did and it was a huge relief seeing my legacy engravings again. I filed a ticket with Ubi as T7 PDM suggested. If you love the game, let Ubi know it matters to you by filing a ticket. That being said, just installing the new version of ACO causes the loss of whatever four legacy engravings were at the bottom of your list. Those get replaced with those "Locked" Korfu engravings. No way to get those back because you can't uninstall the update. Ubi replied to my ticket saying that the engravings aren't gone, just not visible. I replied that if that were true, I'd be able to see them at the Blacksmith for engraving. Once you roll back, keep an eye on your bottom Melee engraving. That one will be wiped with the next engraving you gather. In my case, my bottom engraving was lame, so I tiptoed back to Korfu to retrieve only one engraving "The Champion". T7 PDM shows you where the ostraka and solution are for "The Champion". This engraving is better than the Falx engraving and worth the effort to retrieve. Then, fully avoid Korfu unless/until they fix the bug.

Fortunately, no. The Falx engraving sets "Full Health" at 25%. So if you engrave the Falx and get no hits, you are at Full Health and Crit Chance is ready.

Question..It says i have an engraving unlocked that goes "Enemy at weapons level or lower can always be assassinated but health capped at 25%"..Yet when i go to a blacksmith..That engraving is nowhere to be seen as an option..Am i doing some thing wrong?. Its completely useless. 1.) Its only available for daggers 2.) It does not work when you engrave it, it only works whn you use the weapon that unlocked it 3.) If that weapon is not consequently leveled up to match your level, it doesnt work either, because enemies levels will be higher than the weapon after some time. The engraving was shown, it is from the new Korfu DLC. You can only use it once. Combine it with damage conversion to get 300%. It was all resolved and explained at the end.

@@corybtr466 That's a lucky bug, for me once it's gone it's gone. I don't have the orichalcum map, don't know if that makes a difference but I remember some of the places where I found orichalcum (like a sync point on Keos) and it's never there.

The glowing eyes are not caused by the helmet, but by various chestplates. The Helios set torso and the celestial torso both have these effects.

Try adding "The Champion" engraving but remove the Falx engraving. You'll be at full health. The Champion is much more powerful than the Falx.

I used that to build a set to rack up kills for every weapon I found caduceus blade boosted bull charge was super efficient at clearing crowds of enemies during conquest battles. Bull charge > Ring of Chaos > Fury the captain > rinse and repeat

You get this in Atlantis. But the whole point of the video was to use the Hunter conversion to convert the unused hunter damage when using the bighorn bow and the Korfu engraving. This gives you over 160% additional warrior and assassin damage.

I was always a "100% Melee Resistance" guy because I don't have the skills. With "The Champion", I found two good options to avoid super-glass: 1) dropped all my melee resistance and the Falx engraving and have full health. 2) keep the Falx and add the "Isu Enhanced on hit" and "15% reset on Isu" engravings. Either one will keep you safe and be a big boost in damage.

Add your hunter damage in mastery.

Thats alright, you dont need it. But still use hunter conversion to get +300 Warrior, +300 Assassin and +200 Hunter, because the one you pick doesnt get the boost. So by picking hunter daamge conversion, you get the maximum for the other two.
