Ezio: I have lived my life as best I could, not knowing its purpose, but drawn forward like a moth to a distant moon. And here, at last, I discover a strange truth. This truly sounds like the end of an epic saga. It's truly amazing how the soundtrack develops over the 3 games- "Ezio's family" theme really did sound like a young fun boy with hopes and dreams who discovers new things, the entire soundtrack for Brotherhood sounded more mature but still as if new doscoveries were being made. As for Revelations, it shows how he's now old albeit THE MASTER, and tired and wants peace. ❤️

You know what’s interesting, when I was a kid, I was always so invested in a younger and more charismatic ezio but as I got older I started to become so invested with this older and wiser ezio. What started out as a young man with wealth in his family and out for revenge ended with a man accepting that anger and revenge is the pursuit of someone with clouded judgement. His story ends with him just finding peace and a family in embers because he spent his life on the pursuit of teaching others who seek the ideology of the creed.

This theme is a masterpiece. No flaws. No doubt it’s my favourite game theme of all time. Ezio already has a theme for him, the beloved Ezio’s Family theme. Since this song has no official name other than the Revelations main theme and since the original Assassin’s Creed had no main theme but just soundtracks for specific places and events and since this game is heavily focused on Altair and the fact that this theme plays in many of his missions, I think it’s safe to say that this Altair Ibn La’Ahad’s theme.
@raidenthenctzenwithinsomni4961 Жыл бұрын
I like how they changed the main theme for this game. We were no longer in Italy, the enemy were no longer the Borgias, and the goal was no longer about a Piece of Eden. Brotherhood re-used II's Ezio's Family in its title sequence so Jesper Kyd didn't make a new "main theme" for it, but Revelations had a new theme with a new melody by a new composer, Lorne Balfe.

This is the reason why I love video games amazing music, atmosphere/mood, storytelling all wrapped up into an interactive medium. I don't know what I'd be like without games such as Assassin's Creed, Zelda, Halo, and etc. Such great series.

I still kinda cry at the contemplation that Altair Ibn La’Ahad and Ezio Auditore Da Firenze’s stories are infact finished. The amount of contemplation and history and everything that made these fine examples of men who they became and just how powerful too is just incredible. What they accomplished because of unbelievable unbreakable determination to persevere in what they did and seek out and excel greatly at who they are/were too to have been able to allow to infact accomplish what they did is astounding. I just wish they had more time with us haha. I am sure everyone does though. It just went too damn fast.

He was a young lad. He was full of dreams, love and passion. He had the women’s attention. He had the love of his family with him, the strongest bond ever. He had a lover. He lost his father en brothers. He lost his love. He and his family fled to his uncle. He avenged his family. He uncovered the REALITY. He became an assassin. He lost his uncle. He rebelled against the Borgia’s. He rebuilt the brotherhood. HE BECAME A LEGEND. He is Ezio Auditore Da Firenze, the greatest assassin who ever lived. Requiescat in pace el mentor.

I bought the PS3 bundle with Revelations when I was 10 years old, so it was the first game I played on it (3 times in a row). What a blessing. I also remember that I stood in the main menu to listen to this masterpiece for literally hours; it was like a lullaby

For some people these games were childhood. That's why it hits deep... People were 7 and 8 when they played this game. Their lives were easy and care free. And now, more than a decade later, they are 17 and 18, and their lives are so much harder now. They can't help but look back at the great times they had, and how much easier their lives were back then... that is why it hits your heart like a bus. That's why it's worth crying about... they just don't make games like this anymore...

I wish I was one of those kids, but I was around the time AC Syndicate came out. Nevertheless, I’m with the older AC fans on this one: that the older games were the real AC games and the ones I most enjoy to this day.

True, these games influenced my life and revealed alot of truth to me , how great men live as a hero, die as a god , and eventually become legends and myth in time and the inspiration life they lived and spoke is twisted by others later on and use it to justify to take that life away and corrupt it , and another hero is needed and the cycle begins again and again, we are the legacies we leave behind to the next generation etc , hopefully one day that cycle can end

I don't think people were 7 or 8, more like 13-15, including me...Not a kid's game to be playing at that young of a age like 9 tho.... But great game, my first Assassin's Creed!

The end of the game is the most brutal part of the franchise, the best duo in the saga in a match, I've played so many games in my life and no ending compares to this. This was the end of an era, but the beginning of a story, Requiescat in Pace.

This is a dialogue between a human and a unknow creature. It is divided in 5 parts. The calling 0:08, 1:22 the answer, the meeting 1:43, the union 3:10, and finaly the Revelation of the new Born Being 3:50.
