I got the collector's edition at the official Ubisoft webstore. These collector's editions tend to be sold out before release though so I always pre order mine :)

They are from Denix a company is Spain. I specifically got mine here: www.fabion.nl/viking-bijl.html But it is a Dutch store and it probably would be easier to buy through a local store. www.denix.es/en/denix-friendly-points-map/ Here you can see what stores sell their products so you might be able to find a local one. :) Hope this helps
