I can just imagine the last AC game, and the final boss fight, where the assassin, who we are playing as, jumps on to the boss to make the last hit with his/her hidden blade, (this scene is in slow motion), while he/she is jumping towards the boss, there is this music playing in the background, and as the theme changes the assassin that we are playing as also changes, to Ezio, Altair, Connor, Jacob etc. As well as Desmond is saying "Nothing is True, Everything is Permitted. We work in the dark, to serve the light. We are Assassins", while the scene is going. *Edit:Credits to @Emperor, kind of took his idea, and developed it.*

This is absolutely mesmerizing, I feel like this piece does the entire franchise justice. From the start of the Assassin-Templar War, to it's end. Whatever the outcome may be. Like the weather, and like war itself, this piece of music has it's moments of calm, and violence. A hopeful beginning, and an uncertain end. From the past, to the present, and maybe even into the next thousand years from now. Whatever the outcome of the War's end may be, this piece tells the story of not just a single individual, but of many. Assassins and Templars on both sides, fighting in the darkness, their war oblivious to the common folk. Both passing down their beliefs to the next generation, 2 different ideas, that may never come to an end...

Job Korvemaker I think they all have a unique feature the other ones don't. So all have a category they win in. AC3 soundtrack definitely takes the award for the most pumped up action imo. Lorne Balfe the music designer for AC3 actually did a song with Hans Zimmer (the music designer for the Batman trilogy, Inception, Interstellar, Man of Steel, BvS, the new Dunkirk movie, Gladiator and many more, he's my personal favorite music composer just in front of Lorne Balfe.).

Desmond is dead. Ezio's story finished years ago. You literally see his death in Assassin's Creed: Embers. Desmond however had a son before he died which could be our next hero.

Michael Bass I know I'm late but....if you paid attention very carefully in AC3, Revelations, syndicate, and possibly origins they hint that Desmond may return since he's the only one that can stop juno at this point.....if you remembered when subject 16 grabbed Desmond before disappearing he says "I am saving you, you idiot" marking his arm...which is the same arm Desmond touched the pedestal. Which has some significant meaning. Not only that but Rebecca and Shawn mentions attempting to steal the shroud which could bring back Desmond. And lastly in origins you can tell that William miles is planning something since he disappeared from the assassin order for roughly 5 to 6 years since Desmond death only to reappear around 2017 (where the movie and origins take place) And let's be honest think about it......who else do you think can stop juno.......since only a descendant from the first civilization can stop her......besides his son but at this point his son is way too young...to be fighting. The only thing I think could possibly happen is if ubisoft ass pull a new protagonist that comes from Eve's lineage considering that Desmond son is the last of Adam's

Ezio's Family is one of the best tracks in the series. It has become more than a representation of Ezio's story and his family. It's the theme of the Assassin's family. I really hope and wish Ubisoft would use the melody more in future installments, it really embodies the series as a whole.
