Great video. I know this is kind of old but I was trying to figure something out. I watched two videos from Assault and I watched yours. My order came with two large lock washers. I followed the videos step by step and even watched again afterwards. I had the two lock washers left over. I checked the written instructions again and there is a spot where it says to ensure that the large lock washer is on the threads of the upper pivot pin. Did you get large lock washers? It doesn't look like you installed them either. It seems like it works fine. It has a little metallic sound compared to bikes with a belt but I don't mind. At only 95Lbs it's easy to move around. Thanks for sharing your video.

How tight did you make those connections where the handlebar connects into the foot pedal lever? The area that you called tricky.

It took about 30-45 min to assemble. Was that what you were asking?
