I remember the valley complained when mobazane asked them to play 8-12 hours like it's a real job, while indo and ph pros also does this, taking it seriously and embrace it because it's their "profession".

Tips from someone who knows indonesian, from what I heard from interview with coach and analyst there: 1. They got some type of systematic word or code to point a certain situation and what to do to made the call more efficient. It also like that with certain places like bush (maybe bush A, or whatever) 2. Before the match, the coach and analyst will do draft-tree all night to prepare for all kind of draft might be. 3. They knew what kind of hero would win in laning phase or etc, the scaling, spike. They knew heroes match-up through testing and scrimmage 4. They differentiate a certain style in playing. Like aggresive one, calculator, leader, team player, monster mentality/brave/clutch, surprise pick guy, experimental guy, flex role, bocil (kids. Because their hands,finger & brain still fresh, thus made them do all the crazy fast thing) 5. They prepare all kind of play, and have some name for it. I forgot what, but they did. Like kiting, they knew uranus play and purpose like to get as close as possible to certain heroes. Or wait in the bush in the middle to stop rotation or smth. They have name for that kinda play.

One additional thing they need is a minimum amount of time to play per day which is 8 hours like professional players do. It’s a full time job. You should also force them all to quit smoking. It affects their ability to perform on stage when they can’t smoke. I noticed Zane and hoons performance has both gone downhill since they started smoking.

TOB is undisciplined and can't do well under the pressure. Mobazane got the discipline and can do well under the pressure but he's got some character problem which could be guided or fixed. Well it's NA problem not my problem 😅

There is no character problem with Zane,btk having no coach or analyst,Zane had to rewatch the lose games and point out in order to improve coz he is hunger for win,and ppl see it as the blame game.I get it it feels more offensive same in any sports when your team mates calls your flaws instead of a coach

I love Assassin Dave for his efforts on the NA MLBB scene but I just think it would be hopeless and wasteful of good management if TOB pushes through with their new lineup without Mobazane. Clearly Basic and Hoon are heavily underperforming. I hope Dave gets the chance to manage a team that are actually disciplined and hungry to win just like Mobazane.
