i was trying to figure out what you were tying around the wire, i see now its an easy way to make sure the wire gets put through the entire thing without much hassle

Actually I need to take it apart to move it, so I need to know what size of allen wrenches are needed, anyone know?

I have a Nordictrack c4000 but cant work out why the belt is arching in the middle its not slipping . When the treadmill is off and standing on the belt is gaps and bows upwards any ideas whats wrong?

its harder than it seems. had couple of pros assemble it for me. even that took over an hour

Does anyone know how to unsnap the base-covers ..needless to say i tightened the right side screws of the side arms to the base and forgot to do so to the left side before i secured the base covers in place....i cant tell where it is connected and i dont want to break the base covers by forcing them off.....any ideas? Ty.

Got that exact model and my box did not have an easy to slide of lid. Moreover there was nothing to indicate which was was UP other than for shipping (it ships on its end). So the guys left it upside down. Did not know that until we followed the directions on the box to cut it away....Now we have to flip the entire unit. They need to work on this.

The customer service sucks it sucked then and still sucks big time now, I just got a C1750 which came with multiple scratches on the console face and they offer to replace it but then are now asking me for pictures to send them after their rep took pictures when he saw all the scratches through my phone through their app. I am already sorry I bought this machine and have not even used it much yet. I read all the zillions of bad reviews they have seems their customer service stinks and it have been like that for years. This was 1549 with extended warranty which I am already getting information they do not honor at all.

I have the new 1750 and the assembly is nothing like this so your video is obsolete.
