Enfim consegui fazer funcionar. Tive que aumentar 1mm a trava da engrenagem dos dias porque estava andando dois dias em alguns momentos. Tive que diminuir o ponteiro das horas em 0,1mm na expansão horizontal, e aumentar 0,2mm a expansão horizontal do furo. A engrenagem week-drive foi diminuída em 0,4mm no eixo x e y, e diminuída em 0,8mm no eixo z. Essas alterações nas engrenagens foram necessárias para rodar livremente. Estava travando de vez em quando. O mecanismo de quartzo não é tão fraco assim pra conseguir elevar o braço principal, fiquei admirado. Parabéns pelo projeto.

1:35 I don't understand how this piece can spin with this type of screw being used.

The hole on the bottom plate is larger than the outer diameter of the screw. The hole on the bottom of the blue part is smaller than it. After tighten the screw, loosen it a bit (around 0.5 - 1 turn) so the blue part and the screw spins freely from the bottom plate.

@@shiura I'll take a closer look at this tomorrow, and potentially enlarge my hole for that spot. My screws are a different size, causing me issues in several places. I think my clock mechanism is longer. I was able to remove the right amount of the threading, and disassemble/reassemble the mechanism and it still work. I've been pondering on ways to make the hour hand work with as little modification of a standard mechanism as possible, but I fear that can't be done and it still work as a whole. Thank you for your insight and the print.
