FYI, the Greenworks 24V Max Lithium batteries work with this Bissell Powerlifter vacuum. I have this vacuum along with the Greenworks 4AH and 5AH batteries and charge station.

Is the 3789 the newest cordless stick? How does that compare to the Pet Slim Cordless stick?

How do I disassemble the mount so I can access the screws? I accidently clicked the mount into place before screwing it into the wall, & now I can't take it apart to get at the screw holes.

This drove me crazy. Almost broke the thing before seeing the small latch on the middle of the mount's right side (opposite the charger slot, where the handle hangs)

Experienced the same thing & later figured out where the latch is. 🙄. About to return it back.
