I wonder if we can use this metric to inform us about our recovery state after a workout... I have personally practiced the Wim Hof breathing technique for years and my retention times drastically go down after a workout (both resistance training and cardio). It always takes a few days to get back to my normal retention times.

This is a change in the way he used to teach it. Never used to be until lungs empty. Used to be until first break in exhale smoothness and fluency.

My friend, test in the website works, but only once. After that you have to pay, I guess I did only one CO2 tolerance test, and tried again, and it said you can do it only once…
