I had a rubber battery tray liner in my other Hillman should have hung on to that, Bonnets are notorious for rusting out along the front, I should be detailing the engine bay on my car while the engine is out

Thanks for the comment. Yeah I can see why the bonnet edge rusts, given the design of it. Luckily is only surface rust, so shouldn't take much work to bring it back.
