Actually I am playing both games.. I have bought the Nürburgring DLC to AMS2 and for me it is the best sim at this moment... I use a Thrustmasters T300 RS, force feedback it's so incredible in AMS2 😍

AM2’s billboard trees generally have more variation and species types, create better, more believable environments, and are much lighter on system requirements.

ACC is a GT simulator whilst AMS2 is Motorsports simulator. While telling which is better one should consider this as well. The funny side is no one in the comments has even opened door of these cars 😄 Just have fun guys no fanboyism.

That's about the only thing I dislike with ACC, the wicked tribalism... Keep panning and shitting on titles and content you see as flawed, broken or unfinished, that will help loads! Because we have dozens of devs and small companies trying to cater to this small sub-set of gamers that are simrace-enthousiasts. Oh wait, there's only a handful, and they're also really struggling right now? I agree, no fanboyism please.

Comparing the sounds I can tell you (from hearing the M6 in real life), that the engine sounds more accurate in AMS2 and the gearbox more realistic in ACC

My main problem with ams 2 is lack of textures on track surface. It looks blurry

Its bescause of the exposure and antianialising the default game is too bright to see corectly all road surface in vr its even harder to see road surface try between 0.2 and 0.5 exposure in post processing setting(visualfx)

Hmm this one is tough , acc m6 muffler popping sounds (from external view)while deaccelerating or coasting sounds like its low bitrate? But acc has better and more sounds in general like pneomatic shifter, gravel and abs noise, turbo choo choo sounds, undercarriage sounds. While ams2 i feel like they managed to achieve more accurate tone in internal and external views especially those backfire sounds under braking. Both kunos and reiza did amazing job on this car, overall i would give slight advantage for acc mostly because there are more sounds.

acc has laser scanned tracks. tracks in ams2 seem almost shorter, especially in corners. not to mention ams2 cars bounce all over the joint.

These two are so close it's really hard to pick a clear winner. In this video, the AMS2 sounds louder, but they both have a lot of good underlying sound effects. Both cars also look great. We live in excellent sim racing times, for sure.

as overall package if you take only gt3 cars into consideration for me ACC is the clear winner. also it has been out 1,5yrs in its official full game release. so its also to be expected to feel more 'mature' than AMS2. but i believe AMS2 will shape up to be a really really good sim. it already is, just some things still need tuning in and there is also graphically room for improvement.

ok i have to say for the first time AMS2 does something better than ACC with a GT3 car, the sound...when that BMW goes off the throttle, that beast-like 'breathe' sounds are more pronounced and deep and as someone who witnessed this car a couple of times in reality and saw it past me in pretty close distance i can say that AMS2 sound is very accurate.

@@SHRModding i visited several VLN races at the Nürburgring, that BMW is a true beast when it goes off the throttle, it sounds so mean and i simply love it even though on the throttle it does not sound as good as a naturally aspirated one. but that burbling is godlike and you nailed it. kunos should take notes from you sir.

Why in AM2 the cockpit camera is always jumping, exactly the same as in PC2. That´s is really annoying when playing. Own both of the games. I stick with ACC all the way.

It's not even close ACC sounds way better and looks WAY better. AMS2 graphics look bad, I mean the windows look smoked or tinted and the colors look off. The black on the wheels and wing look over saturated. ACC easy winner!

@@SHRModding sound wise the interior sounds are good but the exterior sounds very plain and generic. Not enough popping on decel or brakes squeaking. What I use for reference is what I have heard from in car and in person watching at Road Atlanta.
