You can change the gear ratios in the setup menu to allow for higher top speeds.

Se você ver o vídeo da Porsche o piloto tira o pé em vários trechos. O carro consegue entregar mais do que o piloto extraiu.

@@TheMisterantivirus sim, mas virtualmente não existe força g e o piloto não fica levando pancada o tempo inteiro. é quase impossivel fazer isso na vida real por causa das limitações fisicas do corpo humano. alem de que, se você bater na vida real, não da pra dar restart e só começar de novo. é um risco muito grande e obviamente o piloto não quer bater

tbh I dont think its the performance thats the problem, its mostly the conditions irl and how fast the driver wants to push Condition wise you can get them absoutely perfect on assetto corsa, temperature,wind, grip levels, weather. IRL weather is almost never perfect Driver side theres Gforces,stamina,overall fatigue and the absolute balls of steel to push this hard on a lap, Nordeschleife is famous for the amount of deaths and crashes because of its tricky nature so it makes sense the driver doesnt push the absolute limits of the track.
