Great information, helped me think about programming more than just the main lifts. Thanks! Take care.

Fantastic video. Wish I had seen this when I started lifting!

Great video and very informative. Thank you. Was wondering if you built your huge arms with primary lifts or A LOT of accessory lifts.

If you want a muscle to grow you gotta train it directly. Unless you are a genetic freak, just doing the big 4 isn't gonna cause everything to grow.

I agree. I have moved away from very isolated moves for biceps and triceps using compound movements like pull-ups/chin-ups and dips. Obviously hoping for progression in the primary lifts as well. Really like your logical no nonsense (not bro science) approach to training. 👍👍👍💪💪💪

If you are training the big four with sufficient volume and intensity, isnt that GPP?

Not really. For a lot of us, running up the neighborhood hill with nothing but heavy training on the big 4 will show that lol

This was well done. Y'all the Kingwood outside of Houston?
