This is a great way to come out with new content, by just showing your training plus q and a videos. You can always just make up questions that are relevant. Hope to see some new content at some point!

Perhaps it's just a trick of the camera but when you're doing your presses at the 19 or 20 minute mark, it looks like your feet are really close together. Is that intentional or are my eyes deceiving me?

No, I press with a pretty narrow stance. Always seemed more natural to me
