The goal of quarterly evaluations is to see your progress, address any needs/educational concerns, or learning opportunities, we also discuss areas of improvement or any disciplinary concerns. It is a moment when you can discuss any concerns from your standpoint as well. I hope this answers your question. And thanks for watching ❤️❤️❤️
