Demonstrating this on a dummy is ridiculous. Real people who are comatose cannot tell anyone when they need to urinate. If the patient is alert and has no use of either hand, then he does need assistance, but he should not be completely exposed like this. Most men can do this by themselves with one hand. And, even though she said to dispose the urine in a toilet, she demonstrated pouring it down the sink. Gross.
