Businesses will flourish but government and Municipalities will continue to suffer as they employ the mentality of a foot in the door and an entitlement to get paid while doing as little as possible and the increases keep going up on their salaries while they get more incompetent in doing the work required so more people get employed usi g taxpayers money so more incompetence gets employed and this looks good for the employment levels but is worse for actual function. With that argument, we can extrapolate that when making a living, citizens assume all the risk and therefore should have the option NOT to pay tax. How about you employ them and train them (train for real) and Gov pays for this training. Training though should be followed up by employment on your payroll not only collect money from Gov for training then chuck them afterwards.

@@monde1250 then the government should have gave us a survey to say of the 90 companies we audited and asked only 10 where promoting up scaling hence we are forcing them Upscaling usually happens with five employees with a certain target in mind I know of some companies that take their employees to learn extra courses take them to conferences in workshops now you are being forced to hire somebody who's not qualified so that you can educate them yourself that's the government's failing you are asking businesses to school employees who should never be employed in the first place 😂 diversity sounds good on paper until it's you being discriminated because you are a man and we now need a certain amount of females in the job or because we don't have someone who's considered disabled we are going to hire a disabled person over you not because he's more qualified but because he fits government requirements

The government creates NOTHING but dreams and acts like a safety net for the fallen, the private sector TELLS the government what laws they need for the economy to flourish and ask that the government uphold those laws through the use of force via the military and police force. nowhere is the government supposed to create jobs in return they are allowed to collect taxes with which they use to help people on the bottom.
