Things that aren't noticed and pointed out too often. In episode 69, when Yami took Charlotte's drink, he said that she shouldn't push herself too much like he told her in the flashback and this contrasts to his constant encouragement of surpassing your limits. In episode 70, when the King was getting dissed hard by Asta and Yuno, in the shot of Jack the Ripper laughing you can see a smile from Nozel which could indicate that even though he respects the Royal Houses he doesn't find the King that grand.

The Charlotte vs Vanessa is 100% canon, the Yami vs Jack stuff last Ep. was the filler type of thing. Vanessa might have won the contest if Asta had even the slightest bit of magic with which he could have voted. So remember kids, every vote counts! Yup, Charlotte's backstory was extremely interesting... ESPECIALLY once you realize that Charlotte is literally Tabata's (the Black Clover mangaka) version of Sleeping Beauty. Who was also known as "Briar Rose" in some tellings. "Briar Magic"? "House Roselei"? HMMMMM? Hasn't anyone noticed this? I also loved, what looked to me to be, the rose emblem on Charlotte's ninja headband. I really loved Nozel's bug eyed expression at the announcement of the BB ranking 2nd, if only they hadnt earned those negative 30 stars. To be fair Mereoleona has valid reasons to be ticked off at the squad, you'll see... or likely have seen.

Charlotte gets drunk and wasted just "thinking" about it. I honestly grew up believing that one tiny slip could make a person drunk and wasted, and that alcohol always turned nice people mean and mean people violent. I still never really drank, I've taken tiny slips on rare occupations (mostly wine, a beer a couple of times). However, I completely detaste both the smell and taste of alcohol, so I literally have never really drank. I don't need alcohol, yet I do respect those who choose to drink in moderate and the culture aspect some alcohol has to some people.
