Palace supporter here. I was at the game yesterday and what an atmosphere. We all know that the result didn't really matter to you but you still made your team proud. The singing and cheering from you lot was super loud, even when we scored 5 times. If there was an award for best away fans for the season at the Palace you'd win it. Congratulations and best of luck in Europe. You'll have some great CL nights and away days next season. BTW though, hands off Eze and Olise!!

yep indeed - our form has been a bit worrying of late - this squad is tired and they need to be able to handle pressure better - there were times last season when we had a chance to go top of the league but drew with likes of Sheffield United etc and of course losing the semi final of the conference league - Emery has worked wonders with players at his disposal and I trust him to address all of that next season, Squad size and mentality improvements to take us to the next level are a must or we will fall away as teams will raise their game against us next season. If we stand still then the likes of Chelsea, Man United, Newcastle and an improving Crystal Palace will overtake us.

My highlight of this game, last of the year, was seeing you guys in the stands!! I was live on Peacock with the game streaming and they showed the Villa fans and you guys standing there in the sun with smiles. Yelled in the house I know those guys!! What I suggest for the summer is get Tyrone, Boubacar, Jacob, Emi (Buendia), Morgan, Alex fit for the start of next season and sign Michael Olise and or Eberiche Eze (sorry Palace fans).

Reminds me of the last away games in the few seasons before we got relegated. We had been in a relegation battle all season but we're safe going into the last game so no one cared about the result. Think we played Wigan a couple of times, Spurs and Southampton
