Well, I would think that the police expect the protest to be peaceful, but a few bad apples might be violent, so they are just caring. I think the policeman was very kind to suggest it to the man for his own safety. There was obviously not enough policemen for the amount of protestors so they could not have kept him safe. I don't think the protestors gave notice of their intention to go on the streets, otherwise there would have been more policemen there. I am not Jewish, i bought a Star of David necklace in solidarity with Israel and the Jewish community. The police man was respectful however people, Christians and Jewish people alike in the west should not have to hide their faith to appease the violent mob. When the west actually accept the fact that they are next well maybe Israel wont look like the bad guys. I am from South Africa and i stand with Israel always. ❤

It’s just as bad in Australia, if not worse. At least the policeman was polite. we’ve seen on the news the way Police talk to people and what about that man that was arrested for holding the Israeli flag and thousands of people threatening violence were free to threaten violence. When it’s Friday tomorrow and it’s the Muslim holy day as is Sunday for Christians and nobody will disturb any Muslims going to the mosque to pray or desecrate their flags. Come Saturday, which is the Jewish Sabbath, they’ll be back out, protesting again
