Astor Piazzolla (arr. Paul Ziegler) - Michaelangelo 70 - Michelle Chen Kuo and Christopher Kuo

We are super excited to start sharing our recordings from our concert for ‪@puitakschool‬ in Chicago on May 18, 2024! We had the chance to help raise money for an incredible nonprofit school in the heart of Chicago Chinatown with better testing scores than any public or charter school around. The Principal, Mrs. Bonnie Ho, and staff are extremely dedicated and work around the clock because they truly believe in their mission to serve. We also had the absolute delight to perform with the beautiful, talented, legendary Taiwanese singer Jeanette Wang 王芷蕾 (of Taipei's Sky fame). She was so gracious to us throughout the entire evening and even left us with a signed CD and program!
Our concert helped to raise $330K for Project Nehemiah, the school's capital campaign to build a larger school to be able to welcome more students. Amazingly, though the Principal had no previous fundraising experience, Project Nehemiah has raised 30% of its 30MM goal, and our concert was the launch of the second phase of the capital campaign.
