These are just plain fun and I have owned several. For those with jamming issues check the following. Because the gun does not lock back after that last round many folks follow through with dry firing it. Spanish steel is not as hard so many times the firing pen will peen a small gouge in the top of the chamber. Pull your barrel and if you have a gouge or scratch I took a Dremel tool with a polishing stone and smoothed it out. Never had another jam as one of mine was hanging up after a few rounds. Always with a full loaded magazine. If your chamber is not messed up then it will probably be the magazine. Gun Broker is a pretty good place to find those.

I've got one and on a good day I can consistently ring my 12x20" steel out to about 75 yards. Amazingly accurate for such a little gun.

it's not a licensed copy of the colt. the colt is an astra that colt paid to have branded colt.

Colt Juniors were rebranded Cubs made in Spain by Astra. Those grips on yours are rare as hens teeth.

Thanks for the Astra 22 short review. I recently traded an "AC/DC- how to play songs on guitar" DVD for one identical to yours. (I think i got the better end of that deal. Haha!) It's in great shape, but I haven't had a chance to take it to the firing range yet. I read somewhere that these particular guns (made in Spain) are illegal to import into the US. Anybody know what the story is behind that? It looks like a fun little target practice (or plinkster) pistol. Looking forward to shooting mine at the range soon! 😁
