I know this is weird but I've used this for weight loss motivation. I stopped smoking, started doing keto, walking more. I've dropped 68 pounds so far from a starting weight of 343 pounds. It's funny I've smoked for 10 plus years but that didn't even really have an effect on me stopping cold turkey. The food is different, the cravings are still there but anytime I feel like I'm slipping, I listen to this and push forward. Thank you.

Hello brothers. I am back. I have posted on a couple other videos before… and man, this has been a journey. I find myself coming back to your videos because they are therapy in minutes. A year ago, I moved from everything and everyone I know and love. It was a good thing. I moved for grad school and after passing exam after exam, I somehow made it. Made it into a damn PhD program somehow. Honestly, part of me still doesn’t believe it, and some of me still doesn’t think I belong here. But I will prove those doubts wrong. One day at a time. So here I am again, at 1 AM, ready to get a couple hours of sleep so I can go back in and meet some looming deadlines. Sure I’m scared, but I’ll beat it. I already have come so far and I do not intend on stopping here. And Warrior Tier’s videos keep me going when it gets rough. So thank you again.
