I don't want to be rude, but the music you put into this. Is just A little too loud and it's difficult to hear your words over the music. Maybe this is just me though. It's something about this video that I'm having trouble hearing you speak over the background. Music. it's like, the music is almost at the same pitch. And tone, and just below your own verbal volume that's making it difficult to hear your word. A new camp commander was appointed, and while inspecting the place, he saw 2 soldiers guarding a bench. He went over and asked them why do they do it. "We don't know. The last commander told us to do so, and so we did. It is some sort of regimental tradition!" The new camp commander searched for the last commander's phone number and called him to ask him why he wants guards on this particular bench. "I don't know. The previous commander had guards, and I kept the tradition." Going back another 3 commanders, he found a now 100 year old retired general. "Excuse me, Sir, I'm now the CO of the camp you commanded 60 years ago. I've found 2 men assigned to guard a bench. Could you please tell me more about the bench?" The retired General said," What!? The paint is still wet?"

You are deceiving yourself. They are based on the Ottoman Janissaries. Their "samurai helmets" are probably based on Turkic/Mongol design. Also inspect their uniforms carefully (official images on the internet). The samurai soldier on the thumbnail is probably fanart.

@@baldermort I can't take too much credit. The outfit is really just a mashup. It is made up of several different pieces of armor from sever different mods that are for Fallout 4. I just put them all together and then took some photos. I have made a couple different Guard regiments that way for my game. :)

Baldermort, thank you so much. This is the Baldermort I know and love. I love, and I hope this isn't weird but may have seen, probably most of your videos... Probably more than once. Primarily the reason I'm drawn and again and again is your storytelling. You are literally one of the most captivating writers I've ever heard over YT or other. Man, I once purchased this Grey Knights audiobook and I don't mean a ton of disrespect, but Baldermort, you would out narrate this guy any day of the week. I feel bad to say this but it's true, that narrator was incredibly boring and monotone, and not in a soothing way. I think it's a universal injustice that your talent and passion have not brought you the success you desire. I think you're an incredible writer, and your tales are often not only entertaining, but in a funny way, sort of... Educating? I hope this doesn't sound insane, but honestly the Thaddeus in your personal ongoing fanfiction is literally one of the best father figures I've ever heard in literature. XD please don't ever underestimate your writing talent in addition to your narrating talent, Baldermort. As kooky as I am, I just want to say thank you so much for all of your hard work. My guard army is made out of Janissaries! I use the hooded versions that are available for printing, and I don't run them as Janissaries per se. All of the models come with a sword, and because resin from 8 yrs ago is brittle, nary a one of those swords survived intact. So the Order of the Broken Sword was born to run as the Dark Angels human auxiliary. Some feudal themed tanks and vehicles rounded it out, and a little "human survivors of Caliban found secret recruiting/death/home world" backstory(it's secret cause its Dark Angels). All of my commissars and scions are GW originals, as the empire just thinks they're weird Janissaries. Thanks for the look into what the real ones are like! Gives me an excuse to run lot's of plasma!
