I tried this and got as far as hypnogogia and geometric patterning against a black backdrop. Felt like I got close, but no projection . A few weeks ago I had a 15-20 second astral projection- my absolute first with the hypnosis track you posted. I I saw a kaleidoscopic pinwheel and then suddenly I was floating in this same black backdrop, I could look down and see my feet. Then a flat, black concrete-like circle came floating towards me, it stayed about 8ft away from me as we both floated gently backwards. We both stopped and it popped out into a sphere. I freaked out a bit, and had a moment of fear that projected me out! Ugh! Since then I have not been able to get out of body, it’s so frustrating!! But I am also thankful your track helped me! Thank you❤❤
