Astro A30 PS Version does not Connect with Xbox Transmitter

I broke my a30 USB transmitter, got a new one but won’t connect what should I do??

I have the headset for PlayStation but I moved over to Xbox I was wondering if I ordered a transmitter for Xbox could I connect the headset to the new transmitter for Xbox even though I bought the headset that is meant for PlayStation ?

@@MatthewClark-k9c yes you can, you just need a transmitter, it didn't work for me back then, it just wouldn't connect to the headset.

There is a solution for this The headset can only be connected to 1 transmitter Long press the transmitter button until it flashes purple Long press the headset ON button and the pairing button together until it flashes purple headset should now connect

Did it multiple Times it will not Connect to Xbox Transmitter i sended it Back to Astro and got A40

my issue is that my xbox transmitter was working months ago and now it says it’s a playstation one instead of xbox 🤦🏼‍♂️ i don’t know why astro keeps sabotaging people’s transmitters

Mine never worked 3 Transmitters send by Astro and sended back

I have the same doubt, although I have already searched the net and have not found any information. I think it will be best to buy the A50 5Gen, which already bring connection for up to 3 consoles PS, Xbox, Switch-.
