This headset has good sound quality but the fact that sometimes it can't detect your voice ruins the whole experience. Sometimes it works great and other times you're stuck for 15 minutes+ trying to figure it out. I honestly regret spending so much on them...

G hub on my PC doesn't see those headphones. Funny enough I can configure it on my phone. Do you know what to do to be able to configure it on PC as well?

I have to click the mute and un-mute button then people hear me more clearly. It also fails to connect the mic and it takes me 5 mins each time faffing about to fix it. Awful headset.

I figured out its a noise gate issue a couple of weeks ago. It only seems to effect PC to my knowledge. I can use this headset for hours on PS5 with no drop.

it happens every time a bluetooth device makes sound/connects to the headset, false advertisement was big on this one (it is not meant for PC usage)

The headset is OK but the Command Center software is trash - doesn't detect my headset no matter what I do.

If this is on PC: Windows sound settings you should have a30 game set to your default device with a30 voice set to your default communications device. Doing so will allow game/voice balance to work correctly. You may need to check audio settings in-game as well.

Exactly, there’s almost no videos on this headset. I haven’t seen any how to turn Dolby Atmos on; or how to fix the won’t turn off issue. Same with the issue where the iPhone will turn the audio down to like 20,(half the time mid game) as well. All I see is this headset is amazing reviews. It really could be too if the Dolby Atmos which is advertised on all sales sites. As well as the app actually worked right. There is currently no way at all for me to enable it.

Stay away from this headset. IT IS NOT PLUG AND PLAY. You will need a degree in computer science and 10+ years of IT troubleshooting to figure out how to solve the long list of issues that come up nonstop like PC refusing to recognize headset with usb dongle, maybe if it does decide to recognize it after a pc restart now the mic won't be recognized or work. Use that money on anything not Astro or Logitech headset because there was no QA done with this premium priced product. This is also after having logitech troubleshoot and send a replacement headset with the same problems.

no matter what i do the mic will not work. Or, if i finally get the mic to work i have no game audio or only a quarter of game audio. this is a piss poor product

i recommend NO ONE buys this headset. Its bad when my $100 hyperX headset works with no issues compared to the headset i paid nearly $250 for. The audio itself is really good, but the mic is going to probably not work in some games or not at all, no matter what you do. Then, if you try to fix the mic you will have bugs with game audio.

I've had the same issue with console, sometimes the mic works, sometimes not then I have to fiddle and do all these random things to fix it. Then sometimes it just turns off or the volume will fluctuate from zero to max

Probably one of the Worst Products ever created. Not only is it impossible to power down yourself, the Bluetooth even when connected to your phone, still does not show up on the Logitech Phone app to update firmware. Just buy something else, audio quality is alright but has some of the worst software/accesibility ever.
