You missed the 1up stamp though... I can't figure out how to get all 8

So, I play on CPJ, and I got that stamp by consistently replaying Expert Level 6 and shooting the blue 1up as the first target. (Shooting orange blocks does NOT count as shooting any target, meaning its safe and you have to shoot them first.) Hope that helps.
