I haven’t owned a PS console since PS1, where incidentally Ape Escape was the first game I ever completed 100%. The only reason I watched this is because I was listening to one of @outsidexbox ‘s videos which talked about how emotional the ending was. I’m a grown adult who just stopped doing yard work so I could sit down because I was tearing up from this video.

Honestly, not only that but the gameplay and the way it is presented is also just like the games we used fo play back in the day, not only on PS consoles. It's one of the most "just a videogame" videogames that has come from a big publisher recently, very refreshing.

I like how the entire final battle is basically "The Power Of PlayStation Compels You!"... and yet, it KZbining *_works._* You're not just fighting some random space battle for the billionth time in your gaming life, _you're fighting alongside your favorite games, fighting for your right to game._ And in the end, one game, Astro Bot himself, lets go to save all the other games... only for you, The Player, to go "that's not good enough, no game dies today" and put him back together yourself. So many feels 😭🥺🥰🥳
