I hope this game sells well, it would send a very positive message for once. I don't hate movie games or live service but Astro Bot is definitely a new fresh air what we needed. It reminds of the glorious old PlayStation days where PS had all the genres and then some, when they were weird obscure. Not every game needs 100+ million budget, just make cheaper but fun games in between, more verity is always a positive in my opinion.

These movie games take a full console generation to be made, while these smaller AA games take couple of years you can have many of these smaller projects in between. Please Sony! 🙏🏻

@bestscreennameTV it is fairly uncommon but not that rare. Double dragon gaiden had a poster and stickers too. NIS games are full of physical extras. I did like misty battlefield art and sound too. Astro bot has a cool plushy I hope I get soon.

If Concord was the sacrifice we needed for gaming execs to realise we need more variety, fun and inherently creative endeavours for our platforms I am all for purchasing and 100% completing this game. I only tried Playroom a few months prior after Astro Bot was announced at SGF and my nostalgia for 3D platformers as a Nintendo and Sonic kid cried out for a stimuli of this magnitude. Only put two hours so far into it and having a blast!

It's just that we all _know_ what the driving force behind that game's creation was, and can see it in the way it looks, pure corporate creatige bankruptcy, chasing a decade old trending with the plan of hooking a massive live service audience, generalizing and mass appealing every solitary aspect of the experience. Astro Bot represent the literal polar opposite of what that game is.

Astro Bot would be great also in VR on PSVR2 along with the other Astrobot games ported to it including the PSVR1 game. Big missed opportunity there for PSVR2 by Sony.
