objectively speaking, astrobot is an PS5 ad considering how much the controller is featured in the game itself and all the exclusives cameos. it's fantastic that it's a fun game, but that it won GotY is a fail for everyone in the long haul. the awards have lost all credibility now - i used to take stock in what won, but how can i after this?

I believe that Astro bot should have definitely not won the award all its competitors mostly wukong brought more to the table, better story, visuals, gameplay, characters and Astro bot did not have the biggest impact, a so called small and cheap game versus the big guys is not true it was made by a Sony branch the biggest company in the industry and like I said before games like wukong which was made by an unknown company and its game started a renaissance in China and brought gaming into China yes I would have liked wukong to have won it but I would have not mind the other nominees which are as well amazing games to have won it instead of Astro Bot also Astro bot is still a good game tho
